Description

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide all aspects of Housing Case Management for a case load in accordance with VOA policies and HUD and community standards. • Develop an individualized service plan for new participants. • Assist in managing referrals and a waitlist. • Provide oversight of housing operations, including lease-up, resident notices and terminations, in compliance with VOA policies and relevant laws and regulations. • Provide task supervision for Resident Assistants. • Responsible for ensuring participants obtain, maintain or increase income. • Provide on-going and relevant pro-social supports and life skills training. • Use evidence-based programming to help participants address challenges to stability. • Evaluate program outcomes on an on-going basis, and work with supervisor to continuously make VOA’s services more effective. • Develop and ...
