The Link seeks a dedicated Case Manager for the Life Train program to work with young adults aged 18-29. This role focuses on empowering participants to cultivate employment skills while ensuring their rights and needs are addressed. A background in Indigenous culture and community resources will enrich your impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement agency policies and procedures
• Facilitate life skills and job-searching workshops
• Assess participant needs and individual goals
• Follow up with youth to ensure program success
• Collaborate with community services for support
Requirements:
• Knowledge of strengths-based approaches
• Minimum two years working with high-risk youth
