The Link seeks a dedicated Case Manager for the Life Train program to work with young adults aged 18-29. This role focuses on empowering participants to cultivate employment skills while ensuring their rights and needs are addressed. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement agency policies and procedures
• Facilitate life skills and job-searching workshops

Requirements:
