Job Description
We are looking for a Case Manager to join our team full-time. Primary objectives include facilitating seamless service delivery, ensuring appropriate staffing, and offering support and guidance to families, caregivers, and providers on the team.
What you’ll do:
- Daily check of all previous day sessions.
- Constant feedback communication with the Caregivers and Patients.
- Handle the pre-billing process weekly.
- Make sure all the caregiver's visits are assigned and tracked into the system.
- Validate that said visits match the insurance-authorized weekly hours the patient has assigned.
- Constant communication with U.S. Insurance companies.
- Multitask when dealing with issues that may occur during ongoing visits.
- Provide timely updates: for case status, service authorizations, and workload.
