Our Hervey Bay Intensive Family Support (IFS) team is recruiting apermanent full-time Case Manager.

The Intensive Family Support Service responds to vulnerable families with children and young people (up to 18), who are at risk of involvement in the statutory child protection system. This is a consent-based program providing case management for clients who agree to engage with the service.
