Overview


Helio Health is looking for aCase Managerto support its mission of promoting recovery from the effects of substance use and mental health disorders and other health issues. This role is vital to the management and coordination of services to patients/residents participating in, or who have completed our treatment programs. Driver's license and a vehicle is needed for travel between work locations. Mileage reimbursement is provided!

Pay: $23.00 per hour.
