Case Manager Jr

We are seeking a highly organized and responsive Personal Injury Case Manager to manage a high-volume caseload from intake through resolution. This role involves preparing legal documentation, handling FOIA requests, communicating with clients, and coordinating between attorneys, insurance companies, and medical providers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven legal environment aligned with U.S. workflows.

Case Management

• Manage a high volume of personal injury cases from start to finish.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients, attorneys, insurance companies, and medical providers.
• Track case progress and ensure timely completion of all milestones.

Legal & Administrative Support

• Prepare legal documents for submission to insurance companies and opposing counsel.
