Job Description

 Case management, working with young people and carers
 Support kinship carers to consistently meet the developmental needs of children in their care 
 Full time, limited tenure, based at our office in Yarraville 
  Your role: 
 Have a passion for working with children and young people impacted by trauma who reside in out of home care
 Have creative thinking and problem-solving skills to engage those who might be resistant to supports
 Committed to achieving positive outcomes for carers, young people and their families
 Work collaboratively with their team and team leader
 Continuously liaise with DFFH Child Protection
