We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Case Manager** .

**In this role you will**

+ **New Business Follow-Up** – Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Underwriting, Policy Administration, Compliance) to facilitate timely processing of new business submissions from frontline staff.
+ **Product & Underwriting Enquiries** – Respond to frontline staff queries regarding insurance product features, underwriting guidelines, risk assessment decisions, and policy issuance conditions.
+ **Pending Case Management** – Prepare, update, and circulate regular pending reports to frontline staff, highlighting outstanding requirements, processing delays, and next steps for each submission.
