Case Manager - Personal Injury
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Personal Injury Case Manager with at least 2 years of experience handling liability, property damage, and bodily injury claims. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, and a solid understanding of insurance processes in PI claims.
Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of Personal Injury (PI) files from intake through resolution.
Evaluate liability by obtaining facts of loss, gathering evidence, reviewing reports, and working with insurers to help secure liability acceptance.
Assess insurance coverages, including identifying applicable policy limits and exclusions.
