Description

Comunilife Inc. is looking for an experienced Case Manager Supervisor for its Queens Emergency Family Shelter, Casa Hope. The Case Manager Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and training and evaluation of the Case Management staff of the Program. Responsible for the coordination of the delivery of social support services to all clients. The Case Manager Supervisor also assists with the intake process of new clients. Responsible for conducting initial and annual psychosocial assessments. Major responsibilities include the administration of the program, monitoring of program services, building relationships and collaborating with other agencies.
