Overview

Reporting to the NorthernCare Program Manager, the Case Manager will be responsible for providingin-depth Case Management services, ensuring quality assurance measures arefollowed, conducting licensing practices, offering guidance & support forfamilies, children, & communities in the Northern Care Program

Key Responsibilities

• Providing extensive Case Management Servicesto Foster Parents & homes in the Northern Care program’s Foster Homeslocated in the 8 South East First Nations.
