Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Property Damage Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of property damage claims—from initial filing through settlement. As the primary point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, repair shops, and rental car partners, this role ensures smooth coordination, timely communication, and accurate documentation throughout the claims process.

Key Responsibilities:

• File first-party and third-party property damage claims with insurance carriers on behalf of licensed insurance counselors.
• Coordinate rental car arrangements with insurance companies and enterprise partners.
