The Case Oversight & Administration Team (COAT) is a collaborative and inclusive group. As a Legal Operations Analyst, you'll handle the initial assessment, case intake, and data management for litigation at JPMorgan Chase. Your role involves reviewing legal and non-legal documents, conducting research, applying policies, interacting with staff, creating reports, and analyzing data in a fast-paced environment. You'll make decisions based on legal knowledge and business understanding.
Job Responsibilities
Learn to examine and prioritize legal and non-legal documents to decide if they should be managed by the Litigation Department or routed to another area of the business.
Conduct detailed research using internal and external systems to understand customer relationships related to potential litigation.
