Job Description
Your key responsibilities include:
Contact customers to educate them about seeking third party claim recovery for their IncomeShield claims;
Assist the customers, wherever possible, in their third party claim recovery journey;
Build relationship with the customers to secure future third party claim recoveries;
Attend to enquiries raised by customers relating to their IncomeShield claims;
Check payment details made by third party insurers to allocate these payments correctly to their respective claim;
Undertake any other duties and projects assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Possess a Degree/Diploma or equivalent
Experience in the insurance industry with relevant insurance qualifications will be advantageous
Customer centric with good customer servicing skills
Team player and self-motivated
Strong writing and communication skills
Meticulous with a keen eye for details
