Case Specialist

Your key responsibilities include:

• Contact customers to educate them about seeking third party claim recovery for their IncomeShield claims;
• Assist the customers, wherever possible, in their third party claim recovery journey;
• Build relationship with the customers to secure future third party claim recoveries;
• Attend to enquiries raised by customers relating to their IncomeShield claims;
• Check payment details made by third party insurers to allocate these payments correctly to their respective claim;
• Undertake any other duties and projects assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Possess a Degree/Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in the insurance industry with relevant insurance qualifications will be advantageous
• Customer centric with good customer servicing skills
• Team player and self-motivated
