Responsibilities

Works under the direct supervision of the Case Manager or Team Manager.

They proactively engage with clients daily via phone and manage communications with healthcare providers to obtain medical records and account information.

They organize and obtain essential documents, ensuring a solid foundation for injury or liability positions.

Collaborating with coworkers, they assist in managing and supporting case files, also aiding attorneys with legal memos, and overseeing case files from intake to closure.

Additionally, the role includes performing assigned duties and remaining adaptable to evolving tasks as directed by the company.
