About the role

The Homelessness Service Hub provides a range of information, support, housing and specialist services to assist people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The Hub is a single-entry point to find housing and support in Townsville. 

In this role you will provide individualised support to clients to identify strengths and needs and assist in setting and attaining identified goals and collaborate with other agencies and organisations to source appropriate supports.
