Caseworker, Welfare Home: Resident Care & Programs

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated professional to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents in Buangkok. This role involves executing care plans, monitoring progress, and conducting monthly reviews for around 50 residents.

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Social Work or Psychology and must have at least one year of relevant experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional evening shifts.
