Cash Control Clerk

We need a self-motivated, responsible individual to fill the following vacancy that exists at our Head Office in Cape Town.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric with mathematics and accounting
• Team player
• Ability to work under pressure, organised and meticulous
• Must be deadline driven
• Analytical thinker
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literate i.e. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of excel
• MINIMUM 3 YEARS CASH RECONCILING EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL

DUTIES:

• Reconciling cash sales to bank statement
• Capturing daily cash deposits
• Capturing daily store expenses
• Investigating late/missing deposits
• Liaising with stores for daily variances
• Communicating with Fidelity Cash Centres
• Communicating with Operations
