Cash Custodian

OB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in petty cash management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Tagalog and English
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
• Proficient in productivity and business applications such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Flexibility to work in different areas, as needed
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Good moral character and positive attitude
• No derogatory or criminal records

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITUES:

• Validate cash advance slips and cash liquidation expense reports to ensure accuracy and correctness
• Obtain and verify all supporting documentation for petty cash transactions
• Prepare and release cash and petty cash vouchers in a timely manner and ensure they match the amounts indicated on the vouchers
