As a Transaction Processing Associate within the Asia Cash Operations team, you'll be responsible for the operational management and control of the daily workflow for various banking products.
Job responsibilities
Assist the Team Management in the oversight of the daily activities
Ensure that all work items are completed as per the agreed timeline
Monitor the exceptions and ensure that they're resolved in a timely manner
Identify opportunities for improving the efficiency of the process
Identify the training requirements of the team members
Establish excellent relationships with internal business partners with whom the team will need to interact on a regular basis
Prepare the weekly / monthly reports
