Cashier Duties

• Operate POS system and handle cash, card, and e-wallet transactions accurately
• Issue receipts, process refunds/exchanges according to company policy
• Ensure cash drawer is balanced at the start and end of each shift
• Report any discrepancies or system issues immediately

Retail Assistant Duties

• Assist customers with product inquiries and store navigation
• Replenish shelves, arrange displays, and ensure products are well-stocked
• Check product pricing, labels, and expiry dates regularly
• Maintain store cleanliness, including cashier area and sales floor
• Assist in receiving, checking, and arranging stock

General Duties

• Follow company SOPs, policies, and work schedules
• Support other team members when required
