Cashier (Chinese Restaurant)

Job Summary:

The Cashier is responsible for handling all guest payment transactions accurately and efficiently while providing courteous and professional service. This role ensures smooth billing operations in the Chinese restaurant and supports overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests politely and assist with billing and payment processes
• Process cash, credit/debit card, and other payment methods accurately
• Issue receipts, invoices, and refunds where applicable
• Ensure correct posting of orders from the POS system
• Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift and prepare daily sales reports
