Are you an organised and customer-focused individual looking to join a dynamic retail team? We're seeking a Cashier cum Admin to join our BTC Freshmart store in Kuching Division, Sarawak. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service and efficiently managing administrative tasks to support the smooth running of our store.

What you'll be doing

• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions with customers in a courteous and efficient manner
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and general store maintenance tasks
• Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and responding to customer inquiries
• Contribute to a positive and customer-focused store environment
• Collaborate with the store team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers
