Job description - Cashier / Sales Associate
· Performs cashiering functions smoothly and in a standard manner.
· Responsible in cash handling i.e. cash sales, change & petty cash funds.
· Safe keeps cash sales and ensure bank deposit on the morning of the following day.
· Prepares DSR, CMSR and BIR 2307.
· Updates Sales Journal.
· Ensures that POS and bank terminals are properly working at all times.
· Responsible in double checking of inventory done by Inventory Specialist and Sales Associates.
· Monitor accountable forms relative to cashiering.
· Safe keeps accountability forms such as Acknowledgement Receipts and Cash Invoice.
