Cashier (General's Lechon)

The Cashier is responsible for accurately handling customer transactions while delivering excellent customer service. This role ensures smooth payment processing, proper cash handling, and a positive dining experience for all guests.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Accurately take orders and process payments (cash, card, e-wallets).
• Issue official receipts and ensure correct change is given.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
• Handle cash counting, cash drops, and end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding menu items, prices, and promotions.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure order accuracy.
• Follow company policies on cash handling, discounts, and voids.
• Assist in basic sales reporting as required.
• Support other front-of-house tasks during peak hours.
