Role profile:
The Dining Staff Cashier serves as the frontline ambassador of the restaurant, ensuring smooth guest
transactions, delivering warm hospitality, and supporting overall dining operations. In a seafood concept
restaurant, the cashier not only handles payments but also reinforces the brand's commitment to
freshness, sustainability, and guest satisfaction.
The below key performance areas but are not limited to:
Transaction & Guest Service
Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming first impression.
Accurately process orders and payments (cash, credit/debit cards, e-wallets, gift certificates).
Issue receipts, manage change, and ensure cash drawer accuracy at the start and end of each
shift.
Handle split bills, discounts, promotions, and loyalty programs according to company policy.
