About the Role:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Cashier to join our finance operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate cash collection, reconciliation, record-keeping, and timely bank deposits while strictly following company SOPs and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct cash collection from couriers after debriefing, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
· Clear courier sheets after receiving cash and reconcile amounts carefully.
· Issue clearance vouchers to couriers after successful cash and sheet reconciliation.
· Maintain proper records of third-party contractual commissions, including: Name, CNIC, Contact Number, Signature / Receiving confirmation.
· Deposit COD/cash into banks on a daily basis in accordance with company policies and financial controls.
