Responsibilities
The day-to-day responsibilities for the Cashier Team Member is exciting as it covers a wide span of areas. Here are some of the key areas.
Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
Assisting transactions with customers using cash registers, self-check out
Processes payments by totalling purchases, processing checks, cash, credit and debit cards.
Ensure shelves are fully stocked, neat and clean
To do the food packaging for the E-Commerce
To assist the customer to scope the rice/bean
Maintain good customer relationships
Reports any unusual occurrences or requests to the manager or assistant manager.
