JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• To be responsible in cashier handling.
• Greet, welcome and attend to customers at the store.
• Maintain cleanliness of shop floor and ensure merchandising display are neat and tidy.
• Assist with receiving of merchandise and inventory count.
• Maximizes every opportunity to increase revenue by up selling.
• Knowledgeable of all credit cards, e-wallet and cashiering policy, and how to handle cash properly and efficiently.
• Ensure proper shift handover at the end of each shift and cash count has been updated efficiently.
• Any other task assigned by management from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Retail sales experience is an advantage
• Service oriented with pleasant personality
• Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
