Cashier

The Cashier is responsible for processing customer purchases quickly and accurately, handling payments, and providing excellent customer service. The cashier ensures that the checkout area is clean, organized, and operates efficiently while promoting a friendly and professional store atmosphere.

Check-out Operations:

-Operate the POS (Point-of-Sale) system efficiently to scan items, process payments, and issue receipts.

-Handle cash, credit/debit card, and other payment methods securely.

-Count cash drawer at the beginning and end of shift; report any discrepancies.

Customer Service:

-Greet customers with a smile and offer friendly, courteous service.

-Answer basic customer questions and guide them to appropriate personnel if needed.

-Resolve customer concerns or escalate to supervisor when necessary.
