Key Responsibilities

1. Payment Handling & Receipting

• Receive and issue official receipts (OR) for cash, checks, and credit card payments.
• Accurately apply payments to client accounts in the system.
• Accept post-dated checks (PDCs) and provide acknowledgment receipts.
• Record PDCs in the system and assist with OR issuance requiring cross-unit coordination.

2. PDC Monitoring & Coordination

• Verify policy/invoice details through system inquiry upon PDC receipt.
• Encode all PDC data efficiently and accurately.
