KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Payment Handling

• Process customer payments accurately, including cash, debit/credit cards, and e-wallets.
• Operate the POS system correctly and efficiently.
• Issue receipts and ensure all transactions are accurate.
• Perform daily cash closing and reconciliation.

2. Customer Service

• Greet customers politely and courteously at the cashier counter.
• Answer customer inquiries related to menu items, pricing, and promotions.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.

3. Cash Control & Records

• Ensure sufficient and organized cash float at the counter.
• Report any cash shortages or overages immediately.
• Safeguard cash and related documents at all times.

4. Restaurant Operations Support
