Job Description

  1. Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner
  2. Scan, weigh, and record items accurately
  3. Process payments using cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment systems
  4. Issue receipts, refunds, exchanges, or credits as needed
  5. Balance cash drawer and reconcile discrepancies at the beginning and end of shifts
  6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints politely
  7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area
  8. Follow company policies, procedures, and security guidelines
  9. Assist with stocking shelves or other duties as assigned
