Job Description:

The Cashier is responsible for providing efficient and friendly customer service by accurately handling customer orders, processing payments, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience. This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction while supporting daily restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with order processing.
• Accurately input orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash, credit/debit card, and digital payment transactions correctly.
• Issue receipts, change, and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding menu items, pricing, and promotions.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely service.
