Job description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with the collection liaison on matters pertaining to collections
• Issuance of collection receipts
• Deposit of collections
• Issuance and release of checks
• Petty cash custodianship:
• Disbursements

• Replenishments

• Preparation of the cash position Report

• Banking related transactions such as but not limited to the following:

• Purchase of manager's

• check/cashier's check
• Processing of bank
• Certifications
• Processing of deposit
• Certificates
• Passbook custodianship and other bank statements

• Monitoring of loan and trust receipt interest payments and roll-overs

• Preparation of periodic cash Count

• Preparation of schedule of Un-liquidated cash advances
