DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Observe personal hygiene, sanitation, wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE), practice food safety standards and company rules.
• Monitor and replenish the change fund in a broken denomination.
• Ensure that supply of paper and ink/s are available and in proper order.
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that the money on it is correct and adequate change is available.
• Greet customers politely with a smile and do suggestive selling.
• Record and compute all transactions handled during shift.
• Receive cash payment and issue acknowledgement receipt, as well as declare change.
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
• Issue valid coupons or discount card and redeem food stamp/s.
• Resolve customer complaints, guide and provide relevant information to them.
