• Strong administration experience.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions and paperwork.
• Multi-tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• Remains calm and efficient under pressure.
• Delivers friendly, professional customer service at all times.
• Is trustworthy, organised, and committed to getting things right the first time.
• Communicates clearly and works well in a team.
• Has experience using the ELCB program (advantageous).
