Cashier/Billing Custodian

This position will report in Masinloc, Zambales.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and trustworthy individual to join our team as a Cashier/Billing Custodian. In this multifaceted role, you will be a key contributor to our branch's growth and profitability by managing receipt and safekeep of cash and check collections, official receipts issuance, reports preparation, petty cash fund and job orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cash/Check & OR Issuance - Receive cash/check payments from a walk-in subscribers and issues appropriate official receipt (OR).
• Safekeeping and Deposit of Collections - Prepare deposit slips and deposit all daily collections before cut off time or deposit late collections immediately at first banking hour of the following day.
• Disbursement and replenishment of petty cash fund - Maintain the petty cash fund and process payment to authorized purchases and expenses.
