Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Cashier to join our coffee shop team. The Cashier will handle customer orders, process payments accurately, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and organized counter area.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take orders in a polite and professional manner
• Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately
• Issue receipts and provide correct change
• Relay orders clearly to baristas and kitchen staff
• Ensure orders are complete before releasing to customers
• Maintain cleanliness of the cashier and counter area
• Assist with restocking cups, lids, straws, and other supplies
• Promote menu items and add-ons when appropriate
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally
