About the role

This is a full-time Cashiering Supervisor role at Robinsons Handyman Inc' based in Antique. As a Cashiering Supervisor, you will oversee the cashiering operations of the retail store and ensure efficient and accurate handling of customer transactions.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and train the cashiering team to provide excellent customer service
2. Ensure accurate cash handling, reconciliation and reporting procedures are followed
3. Monitor and optimise cashier productivity and performance
4. Investigate and resolve any cashiering discrepancies or customer complaints
5. Collaborate with other store departments to maintain efficient store operations
6. Assist with inventory management and other store-wide tasks as needed
