Cashiering Supervisor

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and manage the cashiering team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
• Ensure accurate and timely cash handling, including balancing drawers, reconciling transactions, and preparing bank deposits
• Implement and maintain effective cash handling procedures and controls to minimize errors and losses
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues or concerns related to the cashiering process
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall store operations and efficiency
• Assist in the development and implementation of cashiering-related policies and procedures
