The role

PET LOVER CENTRE is looking for an experienced Cashiering Supervisor to join our team at our Robinsons Place General Trias store. In this full-time role, you will oversee the cashiering operations and ensure excellent customer service in our busy retail environment.

Key responsibilities

1. Manage and supervise the cashiering team, providing training, guidance and support
2. Ensure effective and efficient cash handling procedures are followed
3. Monitor cash flow and reconciliations, and address any discrepancies
4. Maintain high levels of customer service and handle any customer queries or complaints
5. Collaborate with the store management team to identify and implement process improvements
6. Assist with store operations as needed, including stock management and merchandising
