• Supervise day-to-day cashiering operations and ensure all registers are staffed and functioning properly.
• Train, mentor, and monitor cashiers on customer service, POS systems, and company procedures.
• Ensure accuracy in transactions, returns, exchanges, and price overrides.
• Manage cash handling processes including register audits, safe drops, and till reconciliations.

Qualifications

• With Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree in any field
• Previous cashiering experience required; supervisory experience a strong plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting/cash handling
