Cashiering Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the accounting of all cash and check payments and remittances in the store, and monitoring of all cashiers and POS machines they use. Prepare all the necessary reports including deposit slips. Achieves sales target for Gift Certificates within a specified period.

Good knowledge and understanding of the cashiering administration.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. CASHIERING OPERATIONS

2. Ensure that daily cash collections are intact and deposited on time.

3. Ensure that the revolving fund is complete at all times.
4. Ensure the availability of change fund for daily operations and manage petty cash fund, and prepares replenishment when it reaches its limit.
5. Monitor and account the issuance and sales of gift certificates.
6. Check validated deposit slips against cash deposited.
7. Monitor and ensure the efficiency of all cashiering transactions....
