Duties & Responsibilities:



Efficient in product knowledge; promotes products and gives recommendations to customers.

Provides prompt and efficient service to all clients and attends to inquiries, complaints, concerns, and requests.

Takes effort to build customer goodwill; checks their satisfaction, welcomes and attends them; solicits feedback regarding the food/product and service.

Accomplishes and consolidates the cashier’s report on a daily basis.

Ensures all collections of cash and checks are deposited on the next banking day. Maintains the availability of bills and coins necessary for the day’s operation.

Ensures correctness of the price and quality of the items to be punched.
