Cashier/Server

Cashiers/Servers are responsible for processing orders and collecting payments from customers T heir chief duties include greeting customers, responding to inquiries, practices excellent customer service; maintains the kitchen in a safe and sanitary condition and successfully operates the point of sale system.

Brief Job Description:
-Welcome customers and help determine their orders.
-complete cash and card transactions.
-Relay customers' orders to the kitchen staff
-Clean and arrange eating, service, and kitchen spaces.
-Respond to customer inquiries, issue receipts, and record customer suggestion
-Preparing and serving beverages, ranging from simple to elaborate ones
-Process customer orders and record them in the restaurant database
-Keeping the dining room and server stations cleaned.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in a customer service role is an advantage
