Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented Service Crew / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
Operate the cash register and process cash, card, and digital payments
Issue receipts, refunds, and change correctly
Prepare and serve food or beverages following company standards
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counter, and work station
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, or complaints professionally
Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies
Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
At least Senior High School graduate
With or without experience (training will be provided)
Basic math and cash-handling skills
