• Proven experience as a sewer or similar role (preferred).
• Proficiency in using sewing machines, tools, and techniques.

• Understanding of fabrics, patterns, and garment construction.
• Good hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Previous experience in a cashier or retail role (preferred).
• Proficiency in operating POS systems and basic math skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliability, honesty, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
