The Casino Analyst is responsible for analyzing the performance of the online casino product and identifying improvement opportunities through KPI tracking, data analysis, and an understanding of player behavior. This role works closely with Marketing, Customer Service, VIP, Commercial, Fraud, Compliance, and external providers, with the goal of maximizing revenue, engagement, retention, and overall service quality.
